An old bus, that is not any more suitable for public transport, was turned into a travelling library.
The outside of the bus maintains the original bodywork, but painted by primary school children.
The inside is a library with a reading room, bookshelves and a little office for the librarian. It is accessible to handicapped people too and comfort is assured by air an conditioning system.
Bibliobus is an interesting example of recycling at low cost and an opportunity to induce children and adults “to read”.
